AirfareHub is the registered travel brand (DBA) of SL Distributors LLC, a US-registered company at 261 Griffith Street, Jersey City, NJ 07307. Through AirfareHub, we help travelers arrange domestic and international air travel, along with hotels and holiday packages.
We are an independent travel agency. We do not operate aircraft, we are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. When we mention an airline, it is only to identify the carrier you are flying.
We operate a service-fee-only model. Only our service fee is charged by us and processed through our merchant account; it appears on your statement as “AIRFAREHUB SERVICE FEE.” The airline fare is charged separately to you by the airline’s ticketing system through our ticketing partner and never runs through our account.
You always see both amounts before you pay, and you authorize the exact charges in writing — by email or e-signature — before anything is charged.
Ticketing is performed by our ticketing partner, which issues your ticket through its airline reservation system. We provide same-day ticketing once your charges are authorized. We do not ticket travel more than 60 days before departure, and most tickets are issued within 30 days of departure.
