2. Nature of our business

AirfareHub is an independent travel agency. We assist customers in arranging air travel (and, on request, hotels and holiday packages). We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. We do not operate flights and we do not issue tickets ourselves; tickets are issued by our ticketing partner through its airline reservation system.

3. Service-fee-only billing

We operate a service-fee-only model:

  • The only amount we charge and process through our merchant account is our own service fee.
  • Our service fee appears on the cardholder’s statement as “AIRFAREHUB SERVICE FEE.”
  • The airline fare is charged separately to the customer by the airline’s ticketing system through our ticketing partner; it does not run through our account.

4. Authorization before any charge

We obtain the customer’s written authorization (email reply or e-signature) of the exact amounts — the airline fare and our service fee, itemized separately — before any charge is made. No card is charged without this authorization. This is described to customers on our home page, in our Payment Policy, and in our Fare Disclosure.

5. Pricing transparency

Every quote shows the airline fare and our service fee as separate line items, with a clear total, before the customer decides. Bookings are arranged on a request-and-authorize basis — we do not present automated or immediate-confirmation booking. See our Fare Disclosure and Taxes & Fees.

6. Fulfilment and timing

We provide same-day ticketing once charges are authorized and do not ticket travel more than 60 days before departure. The e-ticket and confirmation are emailed to the customer. Full details are in our Fulfillment Policy.

7. Refunds and dispute handling

Our service fee is refundable under our stated terms; airline fares follow the airline’s fare rules, and we pass through any airline refund. We ask customers to contact us first so we can resolve any billing question quickly and fairly, before initiating a chargeback. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Privacy and data

We collect only the information needed to quote and arrange travel and to provide support, and we do not sell personal information. We do not store complete card numbers after a transaction. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Trademarks

Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used, if at all, only to identify carriers.
