Fulfillment Policy

What you receive, when payment happens, and how your booking is delivered.

1. What we provide

AirfareHub provides a travel-arrangement service. When you accept a quote and authorize payment, we arrange and confirm your air travel and deliver a genuine electronic airline ticket (e-ticket), issued through our ticketing partner’s airline reservation system. We may similarly arrange hotels and holiday packages on request. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. When you are charged

Nothing is charged until you authorize the exact amounts in writing (by email reply or e-signature). Your authorization lists two separate amounts:

  • Our AirfareHub service fee — the only amount charged by us, processed through our merchant account, shown on your statement as “AIRFAREHUB SERVICE FEE.”
  • The airline fare — charged separately to you by the airline’s ticketing system through our ticketing partner. It does not run through our account.

We charge the service fee at the time of, or immediately before, ticketing — never in advance of your written authorization.

3. Ticketing timeframe

We provide same-day ticketing once your charges are authorized, during our support hours (Mon–Sun, 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET). Requests authorized outside support hours are typically ticketed the next business morning. We do not ticket travel more than 60 days before departure; most tickets are issued within 30 days of departure.

4. How your booking is delivered

Once ticketed, your e-ticket and booking confirmation are emailed to the address you provide, normally within a few hours of authorization (and on the same day in the great majority of cases). Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, contact us right away.

5. If a booking cannot be completed

Fares and seats can change before a ticket is issued. If the fare or availability changes after you authorize, we will contact you to approve the revised amount or cancel. If we are unable to complete your booking, we do not keep our service fee for unfulfilled travel — any service fee charged for a booking we cannot fulfil is refunded. Airline-fare handling in that situation follows the airline’s rules.

6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

After fulfilment, changes and cancellations follow the airline’s fare rules for the airline fare, and our terms for our service fee. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy.
