1. Who we are

AirfareHub is the registered travel brand (DBA) of SL Distributors LLC ("we," "us," "our"), located at 261 Griffith Street, Jersey City, NJ 07307. AirfareHub is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. By accessing this website or using our services, you ("you," "the customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What we do

We assist you in arranging air travel. Our role is to provide fare quotes, collect your written authorization, and coordinate ticketing with our ticketing partner. We do not operate flights and we do not issue tickets ourselves; ticketing is performed by our ticketing partner through its airline reservation system.

3. Service-fee-only model

We operate on a service-fee-only basis:

• Our service fee is the only amount charged by us and processed through our merchant account. It appears on your statement as "AIRFAREHUB SERVICE FEE."
• The airline fare is charged separately to you by the airline's ticketing system through our ticketing partner. It does not run through our account.

You will see both amounts before payment and must authorize the exact charges in writing (by email or e-signature) before any charge is made.

4. Quotes and authorization

Fares quoted are based on availability at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed until ticketed. If a fare or schedule changes before authorization, we will inform you and you may approve the revised amount or decline. No booking is made and no payment is taken without your written authorization of the exact charges.

5. Ticketing window

We provide same-day ticketing once charges are authorized. We do not ticket travel more than 60 days before departure; most tickets are issued within 30 days of departure.

6. Airline terms govern the flight

Your carriage is subject to the terms, fare rules, and conditions of the operating airline, including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage, and refunds. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or other airline decisions, but we will assist you in dealing with the airline where we can.

7. Customer responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names exactly as shown on government-issued ID/passport.
• You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, visas, and meet entry requirements.
• You authorize the charges you approve and confirm you are entitled to use the payment method provided.

8. Fees and refunds

Our service fee is refundable in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Airline fares follow the airline's fare rules; where the airline issues a refund, we pass it through to you. See our Fare Disclosure and Payment Policy for details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of airlines or other third parties.

10. Intellectual property

Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used, if at all, only for identification. "AirfareHub" is a brand of SL Distributors LLC.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
