How payments work under our service-fee-only model, and how your charges are authorized.
Under our service-fee-only model:
We do not charge any payment method until you authorize the exact amounts in writing — by email reply or e-signature. Your authorization states the airline fare and our service fee as separate amounts. Without your written authorization, no charge is made.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through secure payment processing, subject to availability. Full authorization of the amounts is required before a ticket is issued.
To verify funds and protect against fraud, a payment method may be subject to a verification or temporary authorization. We may request additional verification and may decline or cancel a transaction that appears fraudulent or that we cannot verify.
Charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or international-transaction fees that we do not control.
Payments are handled through secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store complete card numbers after a transaction is completed.
After your authorized charges are processed and your ticket is issued, you receive confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within the expected time, contact us promptly.
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: our service fee per our terms, and airline fares per airline fare rules. Because charges are authorized in writing in advance, please contact us first so we can resolve any billing question quickly.
